@fcbadi, I’m getting a similar error to yours.

It has all the symptoms you described with one difference: mine actually shows an error message in the red box that says this below

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 2 of the JSON data

This looks like a paid review!

You claim you’ve been developing WordPress websites for the past 10 years and yet you just created this “gloria1” account barely 1-month ago? Just to give this one review? How convenient.

The only reason I’m commenting is because of your claim that UsersUltra has top-notch support, which is a lie – they DO NOT have good support – it’s horrible.

Go and visit the forum and the support thread right here on WP and tell me how that is top-notch.
