I had the same issue. Here’s what worked for me:
1) Go to your profile in the AddThis Dashboard, click on Profiles, and copy your Profile ID number
2) Go to AddThis in your WordPress dashboard settings, click Edit Profile Settings, and paste the number under “AddThis Profile ID”
Then it finally redirected me to the configuration panel.
