Thank you! It’s lovely, beautiful, and should be the standard menu on wp.
Have you considered adding thumbnail pics to the menu items though? It would make it even faster to maneuver around in it.

After playing around with a little more, I’ve come to like it a little more, so I think I’ll make the change when the final version is released.
But I agree with all of you, there are some really nice new features, and also some major steps backwards.

I don’t like the new admin panel, in fact I hate it, but I second this request. I too use the advanced admin menu plugin.
I realize 2.5 is a big update, but I think it’s not backwards compatible enough.

How’s the admin panel working out for you? And if you migrated from a previous version, how are the plugins and everything working out?

Hmm, you shouldn’t have to play with your code to get this to work. But I find that it has problems with big sized pictures. I resize my pics to 640 px before I upload them, and then everything works perfectly.
