and I don’t see the job_manager folder at all.

Please note that you would need to add the job_manager folder in your theme directory manually, if it doesn’t exist yet.

The folder you’re looking under the WP Job Manager plugin installation is templates.

Yes, by default, we don’t support this feature. However, we encourage you to explore other sources to find a way to customize it, as we’re unable to assist with that.

With the Resumes add-on, a candidate user who comes to your site and wants to apply to a job will first submit his or her resume to the site, essentially as part of their profile. Then, they can use that resume to apply to any jobs on the site.

So, the resume submission comes first, and applying to a job comes second. This facilitates being able to use the uploaded resume on any job application the candidate wants to.

@listacabe6 If you haven’t installed any security plugins, your host might be blocking the XML-RPC feature for your WordPress site or any other WordPress sites they host. We recommend reaching out to your host to double-check this issue.
