In reply to: [WooCommerce] Missing saleThanks for your response. I gave your suggestion a try and got the following error message: “You attempted to edit an item that does not exist. Perhaps it was deleted?”
I’m certain I didn’t delete it. Any other ideas?

At Postmatic, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and for that reason, I’d like to comment on your statement about our not responding to your emails.
You didn’t send us multiple emails about this issue, but only one. I personally responded to you on 4/27 (within 24 hours) and our system shows that you viewed that message on 4/27 @ 5:11 p.m. You never wrote back to me to indicate that your problem wasn’t resolved. I’m not really sure what more we could have done in this situation.
I’m glad that you’re all set now. I hope that you will still consider signing up for our Premium plan.
