The users were showing well before the UM update to 2.6.8 version, and they are shown if I deactivate UM, but not leaving it as the unique active plugin, so the issue is with UM itself, not in other plugin or theme.

Anyway, the information you request about de DB is correct.

And I am the site administrator with that role.

I have that problem with the free version. As you can see in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/DuuZiEddSHBy, I have everything OK, but the recurring payment doesn’t happen.

I’m using Stripe gateway from WooCommerce.

Is there something I’m missing?
