Never mind, I found a plug-in that works without creating theme issues. Thank you though.

(The slider doesn’t show when I’m visiting my site normally, but it does show as soon as I open the personalize panel of the theme on the left).

Thank you, I’m trying another theme that will work better, but this time the slider doesn’t show at all and I get this error message:

Never mind, it’s coming from the theme, I’ve had other issues with it, it’s not a good theme! Your plug-in doesn’t seem to be the cause of any issues. Thanks anyway!

Thanks for your answer. I just switched themes and yes, it did work this time. I guess I’m stuck with the issue, then? I didn’t see errors when loading the page when I used the developer’s console but I’m not sure if that’s what you meant by F12, I’m on a Mac, F12 doesn’t do anything.

Why hello good sir, and thank you for your answer. I had deactivated my Google Fonts plugin though, to make sure it wasn’t the issue, and it didn’t change the problem, so I’m surprised it could be a font thing. That being said, your custom CSS fix did the trick wonderfully, thank you so much!

Thanks but no thanks, I’m not going to pay for a theme that doesn’t work for me on the assumption that problems might get fixed if I do pay for it, that’s not a decent way to work things out. I’ll figure it out myself and move on to another theme if I can’t fix it simply. Thank you for your time.

I already deactivated all the plugins once to see and it didn’t make a difference. But I’m sure you’re right and I might have done something else that’s causing the problem. Thank you for your help. Can you give me a way to message you privately to communicate the necessary login info to you?

No, I used the custom CSS thingy, I didn’t know I had to go directly in the theme (I don’t want to use a child theme).

As you can see, no customizer, and the weird grey thing.

How do I attach something here? And it’s not a link, it’s the whole customizer that’s gone and the gray area of the sidebar that goes over. I have a screenshot, I’m just not sure how to get it to you.
