The website is for a department at a university, so we are very removed from being able to contact the hosting provider.
As I mentioned, the earliest I have as far as email where this is happening is 9/27 and it’s all related to WordFence. The emails about theme or plug-in updates appear completely normal, but the Wordfence alerts and the activity reports are having the issue.
It may be that people have ignored the issue. That’s what I was doing for over a month, until a particularly convoluted-looking message spurred me to alert you to the problem. Hopefully, it will get fixed. I have a work around, so I can cope/see the message, but I’d prefer not to have to do the extra work. Thanks for your help!
Thank you so much for the help, @wfphil! Unfortunately, I sent the test activity report to 4 different emails (my work, Gmail, Yahoo and hotmail). The result is the same – it is not rendering correctly.
Where do I go from here?
Hi, go into Settings. On the General tab look under Privacy. For each of the forms, select “Do not include” and it should fix it.
Thanks for the suggestions! They helped. My theme was hiding the checkbox. I went into EM’s privacy settings and turned off the option for the checkbox and it fixed the issue.

HI, I am having the exact same issue as far as deleting and then reinstalled the plug-in. I have deactivating all other plugins. Deleted the pages that the plug-in created. Deleted the plug-in. Reinstalled the plug-in. Activated it. And it does not create new pages. It remembers the 5 events that I had previously created. I recreated the Events page and set it to point to it. WP acknowledges that EM is supposed to overwrite it. I try to view the page and I still get a “Oops. That page is not found.” message.
