In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Mailpoet Standard Newsletter not sendingUpon verification, my emails were correctly sent out; but during their processing, it appears that they transit through servers that are not recognized by Google, Yahoo, et. al. as being inconsistent with what lies in the “From:” field of the message.
I’d love to read feedback from the support of MailPoet ??Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Emails not sendingHello,
Are you sure that your emails have not been sent ?
I thought I had the same problem, until I found out that – in line with the success message – they had indeed been sent out, but that they were rejected by the mail service of their intended recipients (Yahoo, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) because of DMARC issues.
It looks like MailPoet’s handling of the outgoing mails is creating discrepancies between the information included in the “From” field and the servers used to transfer it to destination.
You can determine whether you’re also confronting this problem by reviewing the error log of provided by the host of your site.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Abrupt change in open rateIt appears that all mails were indeed sent out. But most were rejected by the domain they were sent to (yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc.) due to DMARC policy restrictions.
Not sure how to circumvent that …Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] MY MAILS ARE NOT SENDING IMMEDIATELYIt appears that all mails have been sent out indeed, but that a big chunk of them has been rejected by the domain they were sent to, due to DMARC “policy restrictions”

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] MailPoet Not sending NewslettersIn my case, it appears that some mails reached their destination, but the vast majority was rejected due to “policy restrictions” of the domain they were sent to (yahoo, gmail, etc.)

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Not all emails are being sentHello,
In my case, I found out that all the mails have actually all been sent out. But 80% of them have bounced, rejected by the service provider of the recepiants before delivery.
That seems to be a thorny issue of DMARC, SPF, DKIM…
I am looking into it and will advise if I can sort things out.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Abrupt change in open rateHi,
I’ve seen seen the same kind of stats with my sending, but feedback from subscribers advised that the reason why they did not open the newsletter is that they did not receive it in the first place.
I’ve seen several sites reporting the same kind of issue and hope to receive some advice / help.

In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Not all emails are being sentHi there,
Same issue encountered yesterday April 8: stats show newsletter having been sent to all the 295 addresses of the mailing list and opened by 52 of them. Actually, feedback hints at the fact that all the others have not received it…
May be it continues to send at snail speed pace, as the number of mails opened was 47 the first day ?Looking eagerly for advice / help ??
Thanks in advance
Eric
