I now have active links and it looks like it of formatted correctly

I can confirm the email does arrive in gmail with the links active but the text is still one continuous line and the email is not formatted like the other emails that are sent from the site

hotmail / outlook / webmail all receive the email without active links and formatting

I have turned off all the other plugins and I still get the unformatted email

All the other buddypress emails are still sent with the correct formatting

I have used my own hosted email accounts and hotmail and outlook

And all the emails are the same – they are unformatted

I get the same results using 2 websites with this plugin

I will do some more digging to see if its a plugin conflict and let you know
