    1) Thank you for looking into this important feature!

    2) Yes, on the product page. Since this is our intranet, I can’t send you a link, only a screenshot, but there isn’t much to see, it looks like this:

    custom field: text
    custom field: text
    :text –> deleted custom field

You can probably try this on a test page, I assume it doesn’t only affect our page.

    1) Sorry but no, it does not work everywhere: We are not using the tabbed layout on the product page but default layout. I can send you a screenshot if you tell me where to send it.

    2) Of course I mean deleting the custom field from the list under the Custom Fields tab in the plugin dashboard.
I think the “:” showed up where the custom field used to be before deleting it. I can’t test it (because 1)).

    3) Ok, just tested that: custom fields appear for the old products after you assign it a value in the product details.

    Hello,

I just created a new user role, but unfortunately it won’t appear in the dropdown options. There are only standard roles available. We would really appreciate this function!

    Hi,

thank you for the fast reply!

    1. yes, we are using the default product page type. Would be great to have this work there.

    2. I noticed it’s possible to sort products manually. Your answer confirms what I thought: this is not possible as a preset configuration. So here is my suggestion:
it’s great that there are some sorting options and filters for users, but it would be a very useful addition to be able to set a custom sorting order for the catalog (sort by name, date of entry or price, for example). Otherwise you’d have to go through this additional step of sorting your products each time you enter new ones.

Thank you! We would like to create a new role for this plug-in, one that doesn’t have editor rights but can use this plug-in. Would that work?

    Two other questions:

    1. Is it possible to generate automatic e-mails to certain e-mail-addresses whenever a product or a group of products is created?
    2. Probably this is not possible, but I’ll just ask: Can you create an automatic e-mail to the creator of a product after a certain time? Or define an automated deletion of a product after a certain time?
