Thanks so much for replying. Yes, I have an SSL certificate from Let’s Encrypt. In case it matters, there is a single certificate for the TLD shared by each of the subdomains.

I see that some of the image src links use http instead of https. I’ll see if changes those fixes the problem.

If the misbehavior happens again, I will look for errors in the browser console.

Thank you. I see that it was different types of custom fields that were supported in the non-pro version. I will change my review.

I think it’s fine that you moved part of your plugin functionality to free add-ons, but it was not well documented, which was confusing.

I purchased it from this Smackcoders page, where it is listed as “Custom Fields Import”. It’s from within WordPress that its name is shown as “Importer Custom Fields PRO”.

I really needed to get the site up today, so I found a workaround using Import users from CSV with meta, which is free.

It would be nice if you updated your description. It is frustrating to install an add-on because it is advertised as having a feature that it does not.
