Yes I had cleared all cache but apparently, disabling and reenabling the plugin worked so must have missed something

You might want to check your contact form ?? I have definitely sent it, Essentially, we have woocommerce subscriptions. We switched from the angeleye plugin. Now subscriptions with paypal are failing. Trying through the support widget now. it says “sent”

However I definitely have access to the google ads account. I even went into to google analytics and made sure the analytics account was attached to the ads account
