vaib007 thanks very much – have added in footer.php immediately before </body> as per Google instructions – will wait to see how it works!

    hi
Plugin just posted to update to 1.5.4 version and have just installed update and the chart has reappeared. So hopefully updating your plugin will do the trick.

Can I please ask for assistance again on this issue – why do I have an inherent problem in trying to find my API key for my site https://www.essentialcyprus.com??!!!

I have looked everywhere and no result. There is no option for Global Dashboard. Its an inherited site and therefore no original email with API key.

I have a free wordpress blog and I have no problem in finding my API key for this one.

Can anyone please help me? I have an issue with WordPress Stats and getting this message : Fatal error: Call to undefined function: plugin_dir_url() in /nfs/c02/h04/mnt/40499/domains/essentialcyprus.com/html/wp-content/plugins/stats/stats.php on line 215.

I am thinking that after having updated the plugin I need to input my API key again?

    Hi bledsoe,

Thanks very much for your help there. 3 lots of passwords plus all the other stuff such as Google is taking its toll on my mind!

Anyway I have done what you stated, but on logging on and looking at my account I have no ‘Global’ Dashboard at all, just my Dashboard. I have looked everywhere, but no sign – not sure what is going on?! Is there the possibility that the person who has passed over this website to me, has not provided me with all access, even though I now the administrator?

I am still confused – I have tried to set up an account at WordPress.com but it now tells me that my email address is already being used. I only have my website login details as one set of details, and also .org support login details. So as I have login for the .com wordpress site, do I need another lot of login details for basic stuff on wordpress.com?

    Again any help much appreciated.
