I deactivated the plugin, edited the menu, reactivated the plugin and everything was just as I needed.

yup, deactivated the events calendar and the menu comes back!

Oh!… but I need my plugins… and my theme… I only have two extra plugins (woocommerce and events calendar)

Thanks everyone for your input. The images are the correct ones on my host’s server. I have updated them and it’s still like this. I will contact hugedomains anyway.

Interestingly, I was originally essexhypno.com, then I transferred it over to victoriawardhypnotherapy.com and let essexhypno.com drop. So maybe there is something in that.

Ah, ok, thanks. I’ll probably be using a paid theme eventually, just figuring out how to use this thing first.

How about some sort of ‘related posts’ thing? So at the bottom of the static page it’ll say “Related Posts” and I can handpick a few to go there?
