Please, make sure you added new locations to correct folder. Thus, if you want to add a suburb (a town, for example), you should add them to “Cities”, not “Neighbourhood” to make them searchable. In a case you need some neighbourhood to be searchable, such as parks, schools etc., it could be done only on a custom basis.

Could you clarify what do you mean by Advanced Search Box? In our plugin Search is a widget and can be added to sidebar only. If there is needed sidebar in proper position in the theme you use than you can put our Search bar there. All searchable fields are available on our demo sites:
