Sorry if I’m late to the thread. I just checked your store, and the issue you’re describing also applies to t-shirts. Am I correct to understand that you want the appropriate mockup to show up when selecting a color?
In a lot of cases, you could disable any plugins that could cause this issue. Here are the usual culprits – WPML Translation Management, WPML String Translation, WPML Media, Yoast SEO, WooCommerce Multilingual, and WPML Multilingual CMS. Try disabling them and pushing a product once more from Printful.Forum: Plugins

However, if the product you’re adding is a separate listing, it would be best to let the size guide be added, even if you already have the same product listed.

Jetpack is a plugin currently not supported by our integration. Please try to disable this plugin and see if that fixes the issue. If it still persists, please check if your Woocommerce URL matches both on Printful and on Woocommerce settings.
