Thanks, Daniel Shaw (@chthnc), your advice has helped me a lot.
I wanted to change the headings’ “Serif” fonts into the “System” fonts only. FileZilla, and BBEdit have done its work on the theme.json instantly.
Search: –wp–preset–font-family–source-serif-pro
Replace: –wp–preset–font-family–system-font
Replace All
So easy

Thanks, Harshad (@bornforphp), it works better then before now. It does what expected. I only hope that sometimes it will also start showing its “Preload” activity instantly, and not only after the second attempt. That “Unexpected response” window always shows itself to me after the first click on the “Preload” button, and it’s a bit confusing. Nevertheless there is already a way how to make the “Preload” work after that. That’s what I wanted. Thank you once more.

You’ve inspired me to realise that there are still other computers around me.
I’ve just checked my wife’s iMac, unbelievable, it really works!
But my both MBA and iPhone 6+ have always shown me that issue. The same Brave browser.
I’ve still checked my MBA’s Safari, and it has worked again!
So there has to be something that I have to look for here in my own Brave browser and around.

was fixed simply: “full” is right
