Hi @ mbeerli,
Thanks for reaching out!
When you get the chance, could you please create a new post on our WPForms Lite support forum and share the URL to the form on your site?
Thanks!
Hi @jobsgivers,
We haven’t heard back from you in about a while, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation (please just see the post above).
Thanks!
Hi there!
Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it! It’s always helpful to get insights from our users.
For WPForms Lite, the pre-made form templates include Simple Contact Form, Suggestion Form, and Newsletter Form. Any of these can be customized in multiple ways to build out the form you need using our drag-and-drop builder.
And if you’d like to, you can create your own custom form templates so you can reuse a template easily!
That all being said, I do agree that having more templates available in our Lite version would be helpful. I’ve made a note of this, and we’ll keep it on our radar as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
If you need any assistance with WPForms Lite, please post in our WPForms Lite support forum.
Have a good one ??
Hi @ariananicole,
Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry for any confusion!
WPForms Lite does not store form submissions in WordPress in any capacity, though you can certainly set up form notification emails to send form submission details to your preferred email address(es).
We do try to clarify this with the entry page notice in Lite, as plugins aren’t allowed to ‘unlock’ content such as entry data in a paid version. Please let me know if you have any suggestions on how we can improve this.
If you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.
Thanks!
Hi @karel21,
I’m sorry that our Lite version doesn’t seem to fit your needs for now. Our team has worked hard to make sure that our free version includes everything needed to create a basic contact form.
The Standard Fields like the Single Line Text and Paragraph Text fields can be used to collect any information you’d like.
You can also set up form notifications to send out form submission details, or add users as email subscribers when you connect WPForms to Constant Contact.
Additionally you can use the CAPTCHA integration (reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha) with any version of WPForms, including WPForms Lite. All you need to do is a bit of setup — we’ve shared all the details on that in our CAPTCHA setup doc.
If you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.
And if you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.
Thanks!
Hey @adamk101,
We’re sorry for any confusion!
The snippet does not need to be hardcoded to a page, but it can be added to a code snippets plugin as described in our tutorial for adding custom code to your site.
If you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.
Thanks!
Hey @adamk101,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration!
In case it helps to share, we have different license levels and pricing available for different needs, and you can see the details on our pricing page. It sounds like the Plus level plan may be a good fit, as it includes integrations with email marketing providers like Mailchimp, Drip, AWeber, GetResponse, Campaign Monitor, and Sendinblue.
Also worth noting is we do include Constant Contact integration with all versions of the plugin (including the Basic license) which you may find helpful.
For using Google Analytics, you can consider using using a code snippet to track form submissions on your site if you’d prefer not to use a paid plugin.
If you have any questions about the paid version of WPForms, please drop us a line through our contact page and we’d be happy to help!
Thanks ??

Hi @shivasongster,
Thanks for the review, and I’m glad you’re liking our plugin and finding it helpful!
Email Summaries are weekly reports showing how many entries each of your forms has received so you can see how your forms have performed at a glance without logging into your site.
But you can certainly disable the weekly Email Summaries if you’d prefer not to receive them. In the WordPress admin area, go to WPForms > Settings and click on the Misc tab. On that page, select the Disable Email Summaries button and click on Save Settings.
In case it helps to share, here’s our detailed guide on the weekly Email Summaries.
I hope this helps!
And if you’d like more help with using WPForms Lite, please feel welcome to post in our WPForms Lite support forum.
Thank you!

Hi @nfq56,
I apologize for any misunderstanding, and I’m happy to help.
We include reCAPTCHA integration with all versions of WPForms, including WPForms Lite – all you need to do is a bit of setup, and we’ve shared all the details on that in our reCAPTCHA setup doc.
In case it helps to share, it sounds like you might be thinking of the Custom Captcha addon, which allows you to add text or math questions for verification. This is available with any of the paid licenses of WPForms.
I hope this helps!

Hi @paalas74,
Thank you for the rating and feedback! We certainly appreciate it ??
I am sorry if you’ve encountered any inconvenience that you faced with setting up CAPTCHA.
In case it helps to share, we have two different types of CAPTCHAs (Google reCaptcha and hCaptcha) available in WPForms Lite and both of them worked well for many of our users.
You can follow our CAPTCHA setup tutorial for configuring either of these options on your website.
And if you’d like more help with using CAPTCHAs, please feel free to post in our support forum and we’d be happy to help!
Thanks ??
