You can certainly set up email notifications with WPForms Lite to send you the entry details after every form submission.

However, I am sorry to hear that you’re facing issues with it. If you’ve checked that your notification settings are correct, the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered by the receiving mail server.

To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure an SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

The email reports that you receive every week are known as “Email Summaries“. These are sent to your email address every week and include information about the total number of form submissions that happened on your forms.

In case it helps to share, you can set up form notification emails to send out submitted form data to your preferred email address. If you’re curious, we have a detailed guide on how to set up form notifications.

You can certainly put your fields and submit button on a single line without writing CSS code.

While we don’t have the feature to style submit button for now, I’ve noted your suggestion and put it on our radar for future development. We always strive for improvements, and your feedback is definitely appreciated!

I also wanted to mention that we have had users express great success with plugins like CSS Hero, and we’ve partnered with them to be as fully supported as possible. Adding CSS Hero makes customizing WPForms simple, and it can also be used in other areas of the site as well. If you’re interested, you can find out more details here.
