  • Closing the fancybox by clicking outside it is a great suggestion.

    Cool, look forward to it!

And wow – that would be an honor! Now to get everything working (including a functional store)… Thanks for considering us for that! Let me know if you have any suggestions!

    Thanks,

    Hi guys,

Thanks for the update! I see with the new version of Customizr this was updated! However I’m still having a problem getting it to work correctly on my website (see earlier post for my website’s URL).

First, I made sure I have the box checked “enable lightbox effect on images” in the Customizr control panel. Now when I edit the gallery, two different things happen depending on the option I select in the gallery options:

    1. If I choose “Link to: Attachment Page”

    • Clicking on the thumbnail opens a different page with the image on it and a description.
    • Clicking on the image now will open the popout fancygallery
    • Now the fancygallery has arrows so I can navigate to the next image — this, I believe, is the new feature / what was updated.

    2. If I choose “Link to: Media File” however (currently selected, see for yourself what happens)

    • It continues to open the image in a new window
    • No fancybox pops up with navigation arrows (this is what I was hoping for, however it still seems to be broken here)

Basically I want to go with the second option, skipping the attachment page altogether, and instead just opening the lightbox immediately from the original page by clicking on the thumbnails of the gallery, like what happens on other pages on the website if you click on an image. Any way to adjust this?

    Thanks again!
    Ethan
