Yes, I’ve tested both with a locally hosted server through a tool called Laragon, and with an online free hosting service that uses a similar set up with cPanel and Softaculous (not that there is any evidence that these are causing the issues).

The locally hosted site worked just fine, functioning exactly as my initial local hosted site that I was migrating from.

The free hosted site however had the exact same issues with slight differences. Such as instead of displaying ‘site title placeholder’ in the editor, it would instead display the site title but still prevent me from making any changes there.
The problem with the site logo was exactly the same. And the navigation block initially appeared to not be working, but after creating a new block and ignoring the “You do not have permission…” and “Your changes will not be saved…”notifications, I was free to add links, modify the navigation block and save the changes just fine.

So far I’m coming to the conclusion that I should simply move this onto my host and have them deal with the issues since it seems to definitely be due to something on their end.
But if possible I’d like to rule out everything else beforehand, that way I can link them to this thread to cut down on the explanations.

Unfortunately disabling all the plugins and using the Twenty Twenty-Two theme hasn’t resolved the issue.

I’m not particularly worried about how the site looks as of now so I’m open to any suggestions.
Speaking of…
Even after completing a fresh install of WordPress and resetting my cPanel’s files, the issue still remains.

Also, while I have tried it before and nothing of note came up, I ran the site health check again since you mentioned it, and it returned these. Not sure if they’ll help out at all since I’ve not been using WordPress long.
