Looks like your question relates not only to the ethpress plugin, but to the Cryptocurrency Product for WooCommerce as well.

The trick is to put the ethpress value to the “Ethereum Wallet meta key” setting and check the “Disable Ethereum Wallet field?” setting of the Cryptocurrency Product for WooCommerce plugin

The admin wallet can be imported like shown in these video guides:

The ethpress_login_button shortcode is shown only if user is not logged in, while the ethpress_link_button shortcode is shown unconditionally.

Try to test with no user is logged in please.
