Alain, you can set the “define( ‘WPSCAN_DISABLE_SCANNING_INTERVAL’, true );” constant in your wp-config.php file, as mentioned here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpscan/#how%20do%20i%20disable%20vulnerability%20scanning%20altogether%3F
@sullisd, feel free to submit the issue to https://wpscan.com/submit if you need any assistance with the responsible disclosure process.

Could you try using a new API token from your wpscan.com profile page, please?
Hi Erik,
Do you constantly get this error, or only sometimes?

In reply to: [WPScan - WordPress Security Scanner] Automated Scanning Time is OffYea, I’m afraid so.
You could create a script to “ping” the website at 18:01.
curl https://example.com
But that might be overkill.

In reply to: [WPScan - WordPress Security Scanner] Automated Scanning Time is OffCan you confirm if this is a high traffic or low traffic website?
In WordPress the cron event will only be triggered when someone visits the website. So if you schedule the job for 18:00, but then there are no website visitors until 19:33:44, then this could explain the issue.

We will try to reproduce and have a look into what might be causing this.
