I began playing with different browsers and computers before I went through the hassle of re-uploading the theme files, and it was literally only showing up that way on that one computer in Google Chrome, sooo I’m assuming it had something to do with that browser. Probably something trivial like clearing the cookies or something. Thanks for the input!

I did try resetting the plugins folder/deactivating the plugins per the suggestions of other related dashboard issues :/

I haven’t tried switching to the Twenty Eleven theme yet or re-uploading all the files and olders, so I’ll try that out next. However, I can’t imagine the theme suddenly breaking the dashboard?
