What the plugin?

I don’t understand exactly what you need. As I can see – layout on your website same as layout in the demo.
If you need same font styles – customize your theme, the plugin inherits theme font styles.

Posts with big images – is Featured Posts. Set this option in your post, just edit post in WordPress admin area and find below text editor section “Advanced Recent Posts options”.

If you need to display only featured posts – you must to set this option to all your posts.

Yes, you can exclude your posts by tag: just select one or more tag in the Shortcode Builder and set the option Exclude posts with this tags from the posts list.

Now you can change the font of post titles or another content only in CSS. Just edit file style.css in your theme folder.

I do not plan to add the ability to change the font in the nearest versions of the plugin may be later.
