We do believe that best way forward would be to provide granular control over event slideshow size. Although that will require some careful planning. It is one of our priorities right now, and we will roll out changes soon.

@dotbwebmaster We’re sorry to hear about the issues you faced after the update. We assure you that EventPrime does not modifies or deletes WordPress template CSS. There is no part of the code purposed to do that.

Regarding smaller font size on the calendar view, we have introduced new option in the EventPrime -> Settings page to control font size. Please try increasing font size from there.

It would be really helpful if you could share the link to your calendar page. We can have a closer look and see if there’s any other problem.

We’re sorry for the issues which appeared during the roll back process. The reason is that version 3 saves settings in a different format than the earlier version. We have created a small plugin which can fix this for you. Before you try to reactivate version 2.8.6, please install and activate this plugin. After that, older version should work fine (and there will be no error during activation). Once done, you can safely remove this plugin.

Thank you for reporting this. I can understand the current grid view offers a very wide landscape ratio for featured images. Often promotional images are relatively squarer. We will add an option to set custom image height in an upcoming release. That should give you more control over the grid view.

I just want to add that Staggered Grid view does not have height constrains on image and maybe you can try it too, to see if it suits your requirements.

Thanks for using EventPrime. Easiest and quickest way to hide images in specific views is by modifying CSS properties. While this will not stop images from rendering, they will no longer be visible.

For card view

.em_card .em_event_cover {display:none}

For Masonry view

.em_masonry .em_event_cover {display:none}

You can put the CSS code in EventPrime’s Global Settings -> Custom CSS section. Let me know if you need more help with this.

We had a look at this page and you will need to modify a setting to show the details.

Go to “Dashboard -> EventPrime -> Global Settings -> Regular Settings”

Find the option “Hide Price For Free Events”. This should do the trick.
