Regarding your query about customizing the single event page layout separately from the main event page, you can achieve this using our newly introduced “Layout Template” option. Please follow these steps:
- Copy the “default” folder from [plugin root]/public/partials/themes to [your current theme directory]/eventprime/themes.
- Rename the copied folder to “custom-ep-templates” (or any name of your choice).
- To make changes to the single-event page, you need to edit the “event-tpl.php” file, and for event listing, the “events-tpl.php” file. The relevant sub-files for these are stored under the “event” and “events” folders respectively.
- Once your modifications are complete, navigate to “Settings > General” and select “Custom-Ep-Templates” from the “Layout Template” dropdown.

Regarding your request, the venue name is currently displayed in all views except the calendar. This is an issue in our latest version, and we will add this fix in our upcoming release.
Additionally, at present, each event can be assigned to only one venue. However, we understand the value of supporting multiple venues for a single event, and we have forwarded your request to our planning and development team for consideration in future updates.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any further suggestions or questions.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We appreciate your feedback, and we want to assure you that we are committed to resolving this issue in our upcoming releases.
Your input is valuable to us, and we look forward to delivering an improved experience in the future.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Admin Attendee BookingsThank you for your inquiry.
The Admin Attendee Booking extension allows admins to manually add attendees using the frontend booking workflow, without requiring payment. Admins can initiate bookings from the backend events page and filter events by keywords, event type, date, and event site. All admin-created bookings appear in the Attendees section alongside frontend bookings.
To use it, go to WordPress Dashboard → EventPrime → Bookings, click ‘New Attendee Booking’, and complete the process via the event’s frontend page.
We value your feedback and will consider enhancements in future updates. Let us know if you need assistance!

Hello @shizart,
Thank you for writing to us!
Access to all sub-menus is restricted to administrators by default. However, you can grant specific users access to the ‘Calendar’, ‘Report’, and ‘Email’ sub-menus by assigning them the ‘publish_em_events’ capability.
If you have any further questions or require additional information, please let us know.
