Yes, you can now customize the layout of all EventPrime-generated pages using our newly introduced “Layout Template” option under “Settings > General”. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Copy the “default” folder from [plugin root]/public/partials/themes to [your current theme directory]/eventprime/themes.
2. Rename it to “custom-ep-templates” (or the folder name of your choice).
To make changes to the single-event page, you need to edit the “event-tpl.php” file. The relevant sub-files for these are stored under the “event” folder respectively.
3. Once you have made the modifications, navigate to “Settings > General” and select “Custom-Ep-Templates” from the “Layout Template” dropdown. If you have any further questions or concers, let us know.
Thank you for sharing the screencast.
Please temporarily deactivate all plugins except EventPrime and check if the problem persists. This will help identify any potential conflicts.

Hello @shizart,
Thank you for writing to us!
Access to all sub-menus is restricted to administrators by default. However, you can grant specific users access to the ‘Calendar’, ‘Report’, and ‘Email’ sub-menus by assigning them the ‘publish_em_events’ capability.
If you have any further questions or require additional information, please let us know.

Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed explanation of your query!
We’ve attempted to replicate the scenario based on the outlined steps, but everything appears to be functioning as expected.
Our team has also reviewed your site, and found that the booking functionality is enabled for recurring events. If you’re still encountering any issues, please share the specific event page link, and our team will investigate further.
Please note that the booking functionality is independent for each event in a series, so ticket availability for one event won’t impact others.
