In reply to: [WP Ever Accounting - Accounting for Small Business] dual accountingHello @elearnnow,
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for your interest in WP Ever Accounting. We take all customer inquiries, requests, and comments seriously and do our best to help in whatever way possible.
WP Ever Accounting supports multi-currency but the plugin is for single company use. That means you can add multiple currencies and can convert one currency to another automatically using the plugin but for one company at a time.
We value your business and look forward to serving you. Please write to us anytime if you need help with another request in the future.

The financial year setting is required for generating the report. Since you want to set 01-07-2021 as your fiscal year, you need to filter the year from the report page. By default, the plugin will show the running year.
We will also forward your query to our dev team and dig deep into this.

We are constantly working hard to make the plugin better and to enhance usability from the user’s perspective.
Right now, daily, or monthly filter is not available with the plugin. Soon, we will release a new version with the filters option you have asked for. Also, we will let the development team about adding item names filters on the report page.

In reply to: [WP Ever Accounting - Accounting for Small Business] Default taxHello @festafotra,
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for being our valued customer. We take all customer inquiries, requests, and comments seriously and do our best to help in whatever way possible.
The feature you are looking for is not available right now. Since taxes may vary from product to product, we have provided an option to assign sales tax and purchase tax within the item.
Also, we will talk to the development team to deploy the feature you are asking for.

WooCommerce Integration syncs all the data including the orders which are not completed. Orders with ‘pending’ and ‘on hold’ status are synced to the receivable amount. But the plugin outlines income, expense, and profit reports only.

Team Ever AccountingHello,
First of all, thanks for being our valuable customers. We take all customer inquiries, requests, and comments seriously and do our best to help in whatever way possible.
From the currency settings, you can change the dot by a comma. By default, the decimal separator is a dot and the thousand separator is a comma. In your case, you can either interchange them or you can set a dot for the thousand separator and set another element for the decimal separator. All zeroes are coming due to the precision declared from the currency settings. You need to take care of that as well.

In reply to: [WP Ever Accounting - Accounting for Small Business] Filter Payment MethodsHello @agstudio
Just wanted to say a quick thank you for being our valued customer. We take all customer inquiries, requests, and comments seriously and do our best to help in whatever way possible.
This filter just returns an array. So you can add payment methods in that array.
Here’s what you are in need of.
function add_additional_payment_methods( $payment_methods ) { // add your new payment method. Suppose it is paypal $payment_methods['paypal'] = __('Paypal','wp-ever-accounting'); return $payment_methods; } add_filter('eaccounting_payment_methods','add_additional_payment_methods'); Regards Team Ever Accounting

Yes, it is possible to use the plugin by multiple users if the user role is imposed. Admin, accountant, and accounting manager can manage the plugin according to their role.
Let us know if you have further queries.
Thanks

Right now the plugin can be integrated with WooCommerce only. But we will soon offer some more extensions to facilitate our customers.

We always love to hear if you want to share your ideas with us. Your feedback will help us determine what features to add and how we can make the product better for you. If you want to integrate a donation plugin, feel free to leave your feedback here.
