Thank you for the assistance. I Was unable to get access to the database nor posts and pages anymore. So Instead I did file restoration with my cpanel hosting account and re-installed through my directory and it fixed the problem or at least gave me access to all my previous posts and pages.

the admin panel does not show my posts or pages either, they are not in the trash. I am assuming it had something to do with one of the themes I changed from. I was using a theme with custom posts.

Hello I am agreeing with you guys. I think I will leave it as it is now. I sort of patched over the problem by enabling the mobile theme through jetpack which gave it a different layout but much more smoother for viewing on mobile devices and my ads appear as well. I also just put a new menu as shown up there. I appreciate the help very much !

hello thanks for the help! I used the relocate method which allowed me to be able to re log into my account and access my dashboard, which helped me to be able to change my url back to the local host! thank you so much! I had a hard time finding answers to this problem
