I ended up sorting my catalog by post date and the duplication issue went away. So I’ll just sort them by that going forward. Thanks.

It’s just a very basic sales page with a listing of my products. The short code I have used to display my products is:

[featured_products per_page=”12″ columns=”4″ pagination=”yes”]

Also, I believe all of my products are set as “featured”. Each is a digital file. I hope that helps.

I found where you were referring me to in the WordPress Dashboard on the back end. I added it to the CSS template and unfortunately it still didn’t work.

Ok thanks. I am using this code with a custom CSS plugin. That is where I pasted the code. Is it possible to use with that kind of plugin? Would there be any other elements I can add?

I prefer the plugin method as opposed to modifying the template. That way if there is an update the. The template isn’t written over.

Actually I just added a simple css plugin to make some other adjustments on my site. The adjustments suggested by others on similar styling issues worked using code similar to what you provided. However, after adding this in to my plugin it is still not updating. Are we sure this is the correct code? Any typos? Thanks.

I am a big confused on where to locate the css file this should be going into. Is it going to be under the yop plugin directory or somewhere else? The template I am using is Green V1. I did not see any theme files when I looked under the YOP plugin directory. Thanks for clarifying.

Also, Eva had you recently changed your url or main file locations? Originally my site was https://www.evolveworkforce.com/wordpress. Somehow it was created this way when I initially started to build the site.

A friend of mine moved the site files to httpdocs I believe. I’m not sure where they were at before. He made this change after the prior update. So, since the change was made I hadn’t updated WordPress.

From there he was able to change my site to just https://www.evolveworkforce.com. Not sure if this extra info helps in any diagnosis. I’m pretty unfamiliar.

Also, eva I have issues beyond the plugins. If I try to upload a media file, such as a picture, I recieve a directory error. I deactivated all plugins and attempted to delete but was unable to. GoDaddy suggested I simply delete and reinstall the plugins.

I’m still very new to this and I would not say I’m totally comfortable with FTP yet. After being unable to delete the plugins on wordpress I went the route of deleting them directly on my server through FTP.

I’d like to stress that none of these problems occurred prior to the 3.9.2 update.

After deleting I was unable to install. Still recieve the same errors upon installing the plugins. Now I am worse off than I was before because the plugins are completely gone and unable to be installed. I am clueless on what to do. This sucks.

I have this exact same problem. This is so frustrating! I literally just launched my site a week ago and now this happens. Does anyone have any answers?? This is a disaster.
