Did you refresh caches in your website?
Did you enter the correct URL in the tag assistant?

Yes. But if you use a Google consent mode V2 enabled CMP (Cookiebot, complianz, etc.), which creates its own container code, then there is no need fot GTM4WP to provide something here.

Otherwise GTM4WP provides the default states.

The log file reports something, like:

cpg=https://[domain]/?s=s%C3%BCdafrika

This seems to trigger the denial of access due to “SQL-Injection”.

I want to add: the earlier container (which is removed from your support area) cannot be imported (GTM says something about a “missing value”).

Fortunately I could work with copy & paste from another container, but the question remains: can you please update the documentation about GA4 and EEC tracking?

We deleted the plugin using the WP backend (again), now we could install it again, and finally it works.

It’s on PHP 8.0, but that did not help.

Is there a way to remove that plugin entirely including its database entries? Then we can install it fresh again.

OK, also für mich zusammengefasst: wenn ich nicht am OSS (mithilfe des Plugins!) teilnehme (allerdings kann ich ja auch ohne dem Plugin am OSS teilnehmen), dann wird der Basissteuersatz des Shop-Lands für alle EU L?nder eingetragen (also bei Shops mit Sitz in ?strerreich eben 20%).

Um aber die korrekten USt-S?tze der EU-L?nder zu erhalten, muss ich entweder das OSS Plugin aktivieren, oder die Steuers?tze importieren oder sie manuell eintragen.

Habe ich das richtig verstanden?

We found out that the freeze occurs due to the common usage of GTM4WP with complianz. It works fine, if only one of these two plugins is active.

The shop is build with complex plugins, it uses a lot of additional stuff.

I will send a staging URL, as the live-website needs to work continously.

This would be indeed very fine! Thanks, Dan! Currently the editors have to bug the admins in order to get data.

Looks good, the reports show numbers again using the patched version. Although I did not rename it.
