It was because I changed the wp-admin URL. Removing this plugin and the scans started to work again.
pages with multiple categories are duplicated like so
example.com/category1/page-name
example.com/category2/page-name
example.com/category3/page-nameIt does the same thing with default theme and no plugins active.
@alfonsokaoba I’m using it from wp-cli now without issues.

It was a plugin causing the issue. I disabled it and it ran fine. I will know the results tomorrow when I run it completely. Thanks!

There is a notice for another plugin in the error log and I disabled that plugin and tried to run the media cleaner but still get the same error

Table it showed up in was wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta and meta_value column
