Make sure you have uploaded the pro version from our website. It’s a separate plugin from the free version. (free version is still needed though).

The style 4 example for the Flipbox Widget uses the 3D Rotation Effect. You can configure this under the Content Tab of the Flipbox widget within the Flipbox Settings (Flipbox Direction).
As for the blocks/templates issue. There may have been a temporary server glitch causing the problem. Is it still happening for you? We don’t see the issue on our end. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing it.
