In fact after looking arround, in my WordPress configuration, Autoptimize should use

home_url() => (https://mysite.com)
in spite of
site_url() => (https://mysite.com/wordpress)

This would solve the issue I am facing.

which does not exist with my setup.

working url should be

and not

call back syntax is :

is not recognized and ends up in error 404.

what I can do is redirect it to something like :

What could be “xxx” ?

My site is configured so that wordpress is installed in a folder let say “/wordpress” but site URL is placed at root of domain.

install folder : https://mysite.com/wordpress/
but site URL is : https://mysite.com/
so 404 error is generted by call syntax :
https://mysite.com/?ao_speedup_cachebuster=14689 (various dec values)

But I had to reconfigure all from scratch.
