Someone on My.Studiopress.com told me to check here, with the plugin’s support forum…
This is all quite unfortunate. Looks like this is going to be a mountain of work to port from the old listing method to the plugin.
A method to port from old to new would be an awesome solution for those seeking to upgrade.

In reply to: Contact Forms not sending emailsI’m not sure what might have gone wrong with your setup. Here’s a screenshot of the config screen, matching the settings here has worked on all of the installs we’ve used the plugin on.

I hope that helps. Let me know how it turns out.

In reply to: Contact Forms not sending emailsThe plugin works very well whenever I’ve found contact forms don’t work otherwise. I’ve used it since originally posting this on a few websites.

In reply to: Is it possible to hide "My Sites" from site users in Multisite? If I used the code you listed, which file does that code belong in?
Thanks!
I fixed my issue by using “wp-mail-smtp” plugin. I configured it with a gmail account. I do warn you this: the email account you use to configure it with will have an exposed password for whomever has admin access to the Dashboard.
But it does solve the issue without having to get into the DNS of your servers.

In reply to: Contact Forms not sending emailsI found a solution using the plugin “WP Mail SMTP”

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] [Plugin: Contact Form 7] Receive some emails but not all.No emails are coming through for me on Contact7.
We’ve tried Contact7 on two different servers and three different websites, but none of the emails are actually sending.
We also switched out the email recipient for the contact form, trying different domain names, different servers.
Any suggestions on what may be causing this?

In reply to: Contact Forms not sending emailsBy the way, I put the question to Twitter. I don’t think this is an isolated event:
https://twitter.com/#!/JustInTheSouth/status/187561677481459712Have you tried Contact7 recently to confirm it still works for you?

In reply to: Contact Forms not sending emailsI’m not saying “I found a bug in it”… that overly inflates my skill set by a huge margin. I just want the damned thing to work again…
I tried deactivating the plugins to no avail. And remember, it’s affecting multiple contact plugins, not just Contact 7.
I also tested each contact plugin with different email hosting platforms, Gmail and SquirrelMail — and with different domain names.
Also, I’ve tried this on more than one WordPress site. On two different web hosts.
The most odd part of all this is Contact 7 has worked fine for months now, then suddenly nothing is being sent… and it’s not kicking back an error message…
I have contacted Dreamhost, waiting for a reply. I’ll contact the other web host next.
Thanks again.
I didn’t hijack. Since the issue first appeared with Contact 7, posting here makes sense. And yes, I did post a new comment thread, because not everyone using Contact 7 may be affected, as is the case with me once I tried more than one contact plugin on more than one web host.
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: Contact Forms not sending emailsNot really… I searched the forum, found nothing that resolved the issue.
The issue being:
the Contact 7 form worked fine yesterday on the dev server, but now works on NO websites it is installed on (different hosts and all worked before recently and without me changing anything)I experimented and installed another contact plugin: Custom Contact Forms. That too is not working on two different servers / two different hosts.
So if you assume it’s not WordPress, and I can rule out the web hosts… And it stopped working suddenly, what then?
Ok, this issue seems to be a WordPress issue. I installed Custom Contact forms plugin and it doesn’t work with that plugin either.
Who should we contact for this??
My emails are not being sent, regardless of the domain I have set for sending them. This started happening today. It appears to affect more than one website too. We have Contact 7 installed on many sites.
Was something changed in the code??
According to Dreamhost, the website displays properly on IE9. But the client is on Windows XP. Suggestions on this?
