Thank you for getting back to us with more information on the issue you’re currently experiencing.
This is the expected behavior as the CSS you’ve added is less specific than the CSS that is added by our theme, and thus it is being overruled. To make the CSS you add to your website overrule the CSS of our theme you will need to add !important at the end of your declarations.
Below you will find the snippet you’ve provided us with with the above mentioned modification made to it:
.hero-title { color:red!important; }

Could you please provide us with a link to your website for us to be able to look into the issue? Please also try to disable all plugins except for Mesmerize Companion and let us know if this resolves the issue you’re currently experiencing in the Customizer.

I rechecked the emails you’ve sent us, and the first email regarding not having a license key was sent on Aug 17th ( as you can see in this image: https://www.screencast.com/t/7BMwP3EN0 ), and we have answered it early in the next morning (https://www.screencast.com/t/JGa9YueXa ).
While I was looking at the tickets you’ve opened on our support system I noticed that some of our replies are marked as seen, as you can see in this screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/qwZBFiKrmNF . I saw that you are using a custom email provider, maybe their servers are blocking the emails sent by us or an email quota was reached.
Also, I saw that a return was created by our payment processor and your order was refunded. If there is anything else we can help with please let us know.

I’m sorry for having to wait this long without receiving the license key. I just checked our support system and seems that my colleagues answered to the emails you’ve sent us. Maybe they were marked as spam on your email accounts. Can you please check if that’s the case?

I would kindly ask you to provide us with more information about specifically what you are trying to do, the steps you take, and the problematic behavior caused by them in order for us to better understand the issue and be able to further assist.
Please bear in mind that using more than one page builder on a page will result in a conflict between the editors used as each builder comes with its individual markup, and an editor will not understand a different editor’s markup. Furthermore, directly editing the HTML content of a page is not a solution as it is the markup and content that was generated by the builder.

We would kindly ask you to disable W3 Total Cache and check if the issue persists. If it does persist please rebuild the section from scratch ( while W3 Total Cache is still disabled ). If, however, disabling the plugin does resolve the issue please leave it disabled.

Could you perform the following steps for me and let me know if they resolve the issue, please:
– ?disable all your plugins except Mesmerize Companion by going to your WP Admin > Plugins > All Plugins
?- make sure our plugin and theme are up to date
?- clear your Cache memory?Once you’ve performed the two steps please try again and let us know if this resolved the issue. If it doesn’t fix the problem be sure to let us know.
In your reply please also include the version of the theme that you are using. You can check it by going to Appearance > Themes > Hover our theme and click on Theme Details. The version that you are using will be in the top right of the popup window that will have opened.

That is correct, we currently only offer the option of setting one hero on all your inner pages (along with the one for your front page). For blog posts, along with the hero corresponding to your inner pages, you can also set a Featured Image. You can refer to our previous message that contains a video that demonstrates how to do so.
As for changing our theme’s code to change the words ‘Next’ and ‘Previous’ in posts, this is not possible, this is why the recommended way of achieving the desired result is using the CSS snippet we’ve previously provided you with.
Alternatively for translating strings in your website you can also try using the plugin below, however we still recommend changing the ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons through CSS.

I’m glad to hear that now the website displays as expected. To answer your question, if you have found that disabling CSS merge and CSS HTTP/2 resolves the issues then yes, you will have to leave them disabled.
