the copy paste still doesn’t work correctly. use same quotes as the ones used for the existing WP_DEBUG in your file.
There is a problem with the quotes copied from the forum.
Search for define(“WP_DEBUG”, false); in your original file, replace false with true and below it paste
define(“WP_DEBUG_LOG”, true);
define(“WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY”, false);I used double quotes this time, maybe they will work at copy paste.

Can you please add these lines to your wp-config.php so we can check for errors
// this line may exists but may be set to false; replace it with true

What do you mean by “admin panel” ? Are you editing the page in wordpress editor or in customizer using Colibri Page Builder ?
Can you please attach some screenshots/video of the issue using a free program like https://tinytake.com/.

We are working on an update to prevent this from happening in case that action fails.
Can you please go to https://www.pupella.com.au/wp-admin/plugins.php and when the overlay appears paste in your browser url the next line:
javascript:(function({window.colibriLoadingScreen.hide()})()
this should hide the overlay and you can disable the plugin.

We would be more that happy to investigate and fix this issue. Its probably a particular case as we have thousands of customers and we didn’t hear about this problem before. Maybe it happens in combination with another plugin or something like that.

I’m Horea Radu, co-founder of Extend Themes.
Just wanted to clarify this as I believe it’s a misunderstanding.
The customer that posted the review was using one of our PRO themes and interacted with us privately, only through our support system, which is completely separated from the WP.org forum.
We did not request any information from the customer using the WP.org forum. Is our private communication with the customer violating the WP.org rules in any way?
Also, Ionut Tudose (@ionuttudose) is one of our support engineers. I see that several of his posts where he was asking users to open a support ticket through our system were removed from the forum.
Is asking users (especially PRO version users) to open a support ticket through our system against the WP.org rules?
Please let me know your thoughts on this.

I apologise for the super late reply.
This plugin is not dead – we’re constantly testing it with the latest WP versions and update it. We sometimes omit updating the “tested up to” parameter in the readme file as this is something we have to do manually every time a new WP version is out, but apart from that, the plugin is actively being developed.
The support we offer on the WP.org forum is best effort only as the tickets opened by PRO customers via our support system have priority.
Sometimes, the effort we can commit to the WP.org support forum is very limited and we get behind with support cases. And we usually focus that time on the themes forum as there are more support queries there.
We’re aware we should be committing more time to the forum and working to improve this.

I apologise for the very late reply.
The plugin is not outdated – sometimes it just happens that we omit the “tested up to” parameter in the readme file of the plugin (this is something we have to change manually every time a new WP version is out).
The plugin is in fact tested up to the latest WP version. We’ll correct the “tested up to” version ASAP.

I’m sorry you’re having a bad experience with our theme.
You are completely right – currently, Mesmerize is not accessibility ready. We do plan to add this feature in the near future.
However, we never advertised this feature. Themes that have accessibility features have an “accessibility-ready” tag and you can filter themes in the www.ads-software.com directory by this tag. Mesmerize does not have the “accessibility-ready” tag.
So it seems a bit unfair to me to get a bad review for not having a feature that we never said we had.
