Thanks esmi – at least it’s a reply! I don’t want to hire someone for what I’m sure is a small problem which could be solved by one of the tech savvy people here.
It seems rather odd that you can’t get help with problems just because the forum members don’t want to answer. I’ve never used a site where you can’t get in touch with support or help directly.
