It is better to explain by an example:
My keyword is “nefs”. But in the text, we use this word with some suffix like “nefsaniyenin”. As you see keyword doesnt match exactly with the text, so plugin not work for such words. And in agglutinating languages like Turkish, most of our words are in this case.

Problem can be solved by offering users a new matching case:
1- exact keyword match with your words
2- matching words with starting with defined keywords

It is highly appreciated if you set an exact or partial match option for us.
