Hello, after a long time with this size disabled. Today i enabled it. I uploaded an image 1559×792 jpg
But only full size and 150×150 were created, no medium_large, i don’t understand why.

I checked my functions.php and custom plugin code and nowhere I’m disabling it.
Theme is a customized twenty sixteen (not child).

How can i find why it’s not being created?

I found that there is database options
    medium_large_size_w
    medium_large_size_h

set to 0, I should just set that to whatever i think?

    Hello @dylandawg

Really the only functionality that EWWW IO provides for this type of resize management is the ability to disable creation and/or optimization. If there are settings to adjust the size of your registered thumbnail sizes, it wouldn’t be something our plugin would affect.

You could potentially generate a debug log from our plugin to see how it’s managing the images. To do that, enable debugging in the support tab, click clear log so you get a fresh log, then upload a new image. Then you can go back to the plugin and click on download log (and disable debugging). Then send it over to us either via a pastebin.com or directly: https://ewww.io/contact-us/ and we can help interpret what it’s doing.

As it’s been a couple of weeks and I haven’t heard anything back about this, I’m going to resolve this thread. If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new one!
