I used Ninja Form’s support/contact form to ask them about this. They are very helpful ??

Try duplicating the form generating this behavior, and use the new one. This should fix the problem.

I understood that the bug is fixed, but you might have had the form from before, when the plugin still had the bug.

I have the same problem. Currently on version 2.8.13

Found what i was missing.

The Google Tag Manager container code is correctly placed after the opening body tag and followed the instructions in the tutorial to the letter. But still the same behavior.

Would be great to point me in a direction for troubleshooting ??
