i updated to latest version 4.9.7 but i still have same problem. My popup is an iframe youtube embed code with autoplay. Even i press cross to close pop-up , video disappear as normal but audio of video still continue .

There is no way to close it.

Please simply add youtube embed code and try.

same thing happen to me , i already sent email from main page .

Everything is good on first visit . Soon, plugin repeat process “everytime” visiting new link and without video .

Shortly , visitor comes to website , see pop-up and close

Later , if visitor click another link , there is no video but disturbing audio on background and no way to stop it.

Normally pop-up should appear 1 time until “Next visualization (hours):” setting time came , such as 12 hours later.

I hope you fix it in short time , thank you for your wonderful support and plugin .

i can not use my cbengine login . i sent ticket but nobody returns me ??

it still cause error about widgets even plugin work in wp 3.5 . please realease new update to use full functionality

yes siter . problem can not be fixed even we deactivate plugin , delete and re install using search function on wordpress plugin box. After update , plugin works but it still blocks usage of widget area. i am still waiting to use in next update of plugin

more than 1 week , he does not reply my tickets on anyplace i tried to contact with him . it looks that i will ask for refund

yes . i also can not open widget dropdown menus . if i click arrow , nothing happen . widget options can not be seen . most probably it is a bug by wp 3.5 . i also aware that a commercial plugin name “cbpress” also not work in wp 3.5 update . maybe this bug also influence plugins to not work properly

i also can not install plugin on my dedicated server . even i contact with customer support , they said , zlip is installed and zip is enabled

i followed your step but i cant get style working as like primary navigation menu

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. There is nothing wrong with your hosting, if you try loading a much smaller XML feed you should have no issues at all. My fellow Admin is correct, 19MBs of text is a lot of data and would make perfect sense that your script is timing out during the middle of parsing such a huge file. If there script weren't timing out there's no telling how much memory PHP would use to represent a 19MB XML structure in object-oriented linked lists.

i hope we can solve this problem , because there is so many user use hostgator shared accounts .

i bought commercial version but can not understand if feed-monster for commercial usage or free .
