Andrew who originates the order? Payfast or PMPro? What I’m asking is if there is no communication from Payfast there will be no order in the system? Thus if something goes wrong on their side I won’t receive an order?

Sorry, while we are talking. Some of my subscriptions just stop. I have an example of a user with successful payment 17 Feb, 17 March, and no order made after that.

What can the cause? How can I force the system to generate orders for this user again? I have quite a few users like that and they are still active – not cancelled.

R50 initial amount at registration
“Check if this level has a recurring subscription payment” is checked
Billing amount R50 per 1 month
Cycle limit = 0
Custom trial = unchecked
