Can you please keep the thread content public in this support thread as I have the same issue with Bunny.net embedded videos being constrained in their height.
Hello Thomas,
I have created a course to demonstrate the issue between Tutor LMS and PDF.js. I am using the free version of Tutor LMS and that requires a user is logged on to the system, so I need to create an account for you to view the course.
Can I get your email details to forward you on the account details and URL?
Many thanks
Hello Thomas,
My course is not live yet, but the issue is in my hosted “Live” setup where it does not work from the left hand lesson list, but it does if I refresh the page or use the lesson next or previous links. As a side note, it works correctly on my desktop Laragon test stack.
Sadly as yet, there is not an easy URL to provide to you to test
Just tested by adding an image from the Media Library above the PDF shortcode and that renders in Tutor LMS, but the embedded PDF does not. This is only when clicking the left have lesson navigator.
Was searching around for the same answer as I want to embed PDF’s and a number of the plugin authors only provide block based tools.
With the Gutenberg Editor only available in the Course Description, I agree with @jumbo that it is limiting and not consistent.
As it is a live site I have taken the video streaming shortcode out that throws the error and replaced it with a normal progressive video link.
I also notice that in Tutor LMS it only supports the S3MediaVault shortcodes at the course level and not at the Lesson level. I have put the same shortcode in the Lesson that works in Course, but that does not show.
Also in Lessons it does not render the S3MediaVault shortode for a PDF that is placed in the text editor area too.

In reply to: [Simple Download Monitor] Issue with Google Drive download link & encodingI changed the id, to protect the file that I am going to give away to signed up members of our site. That 1234567890 is an example id.
Does the newly released version 1.16.63 contain the fix that resolves the issue I have been seeing and fixed in the temporary patch?
Ashley,
Tried the new backup file and it was successful – no longer seeing the multitude of 36b files. It was fast too, with the issue it took way over an hour, but with this version, all done inside 15 minutes all looks good.
Please find a link to the log and screen shot showing the files post backup where I am back to the 15 upload files at the 400MB default limit. Should be here https://we.tl/t-Obiey1hFpB
Many, many thanks.
Prior to the 5th October I would only get 15 upload zip files with the setting at 400MB, with upload15 being 93MB is size. If the log is showing 76 files at 400MB, then it is incorrectly recording what is actually being written to disk.
I reran the backup again yesterday and see 60 upload files on this run. I see 41 x 36b upload files, and only 7 of all the upload files are around the 400MB size and 12 others around the 1MB in size. So the actual backup, is missing data.
Hello Ashley,
Please find the screenshots here https://we.tl/t-FFeLo0WvwC . They are from the same run on 15th October.
I have tried with that second updated version of the backup.php, many thanks but still getting 76 upload zips. I am still seeing 50 of these upload files at 36b in size, but now the TMP files look to be resolving themselves correctly as they are no longer visible in the directory after the backup run.
Please find the new logs here https://we.tl/t-jzoqyUtUzl
I have returned to the default split archives limit of 400MB, as I never had an issue with this prior to the 5th October.
I tried that updated version of the backup.php file that you kindly supplied, but sadly the issue is unresolved. I have about 176 upload files and .tmp files all over the place.
Please find the logs here https://we.tl/t-f3ZO1IoC6m if that helps you identify further the issue I am hitting.

I have already tried reducing the size down by following one of your tech notes and it still behaved in the same manner and just produced more files.
My issues also sound similar to the thread by @dronkr “Issues with a backup after updating to the 1.16.62 version”
