Er…nevermind…I figured it out and it worked. I can blog again!

I’ve been having this problem for two weeks now and I’ve been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out. Finally got smart enough to find out where the bug was and wound up here. I did the same thing Leugens did with the importing of posts, but I have no idea how run a query. can someone give me a tip? Do I do that in myphpAdmin or whatever I’m using?

Thanks to both of you…I hope that helps. Iain, I think my webhost allows me to upload via it’s backend thingy (yes, I speak tech) so I’ll try to do that.

Glad I’m not the only one. Stats stopped reading for me two days ago, but the stats from this plugin are significantly lower than the stats given on both my internal stat counter and SiteMeter.

##Manage -> Media Library
– Button to add media directly to the library. Right now, I go in as if to create a new post, add whatever media I’d like, hit save, and it then skip away from the post. This adds the media to the library without an associated post. This should be much easier.

Yeah, I mentioned that because it seems like a no brainer to be able add media in the place where you can manage media. I was told that it wasn’t needed because you can already add media during your posts. Sigh.

And I totally agree on the dashboard thing. I got a Dashboard Editor plugin, but that only lets’ me delete modules. I’d prefer to be able to move my modules around.

Oh, is that what’s happening? I noticed that too, but I was using a WP.com hosted blog before last week. When I finally got my WP 2.5 installed, I noticed that I was locked out of my WP.com site until I used my new password. The only problem is that now I’m also not recognized on OpenID via WP.

It’s silly, but if you go allllllllll the way over to the super tiny Setting link you can go to Miscellaneous and set up your thumbnail sizes there. At that point, I think you should be able to insert thumbnails in your posts, but I still can’t even upload images to my posts, so don’t count on me.
