o logo fica congelado, quando maximizar a pagina ele n?o se move igual o menu, assim as vezes o menu fica encima dele

percebi que no notbook o logo fica mais para direita que no desktop. gostaria que a logo ficasse na esquerda e o menu próximo a ele, alinhado com a palavra destaques.
