Couple of things to check, did you created the about-us pages in your admin? If you already did that, you might want to check your permalinks in your WordPress admin that are set correctly, if nothing resolve the issue, you might want to delete your .htaccess file (download it to your computer for backup before to delete it) and after deletion go again to your permalinks and re save it to a new .htaccess file is created.
If after this the issue is not resolved you will need to contact your hosting provider to see if you have permissions to write, your htaccess file may be unable to save the permalink structure that you are trying to modify.

Those services will tell you what is slowing down your site and in some cases tell you how to fix it.

Tara, if you read my question, it was not about drawing attention, it was a simple question regarding how he did fix it, and see if I can apply the same solution, there are hundreds maybe thousands of topics without any resolution, closed without any help, IF, I can read about the same issue and how it was fixed a public forum is helpful, if the moderatos are going to close every topic with private answers then there is no point to have a public forum.

Hi Timothy, are logged in into the WordPress Admin?
If not, you should go to https://coastaltownmoves.com/wp-admin/ login with your admin user and go to the Pages->about-us->Edit
There you can change anything you want for that particular page. If you place you mouse over the image, it will allow you to change it right there.

Hi Cupcake33, what do you mean with my urls are not working properly?
Unless the version you had was really old, upgrading wouldn’t cause that kind of issue, maybe di you upgrade the themes also? If you upgrade the theme you were using, was this theme hardcoded? Or you were using a child theme for it?
Also were you using a plugin for the slider?

Hi there, that would be the menu in Appearance -> Menu (that would be the main menu and the phone number may be in a widget, also in appearance, but the below menu you can find “Widgets”
