Firstly, You replied 3 days after I opened the ticket although I purchased the Expert Plan which is supposed to get better and faster response.

Secondly, regarding not using Royal Elementor Addons grid for the product archive pages, it is because the last archive page doesn’t look correct, so I revert to the default theme. But now you can see how the last page looks when you go to it: https://thebitcoin.shop/shop/page/23/

Thirdly, I opened a ticket for another problem in my account page in royal-elementor-addons.com (not here in www.ads-software.com) but never got a response, and that was last month.

Now I created a ticket in my account page in royal-elementor-addons.com regarding this problem (last page in product archive) and also here in www.ads-software.com, and hopefully you guys can solve the issue.

I changed the grid to default because there was a problem as described. Now after a few weeks I decided to try it again in case the latest updates fixed the issue but I guess I was wrong.

I noticed that it disappears when I choose any category from the main menu (without filtering).
Please help.
Your solution above did not fix the problem.

Which page? The first or the second page?
What about the link? What should I put in it?

In this page there is a tab called (Our Projects) which has a link in the last line. This link opens a pdf file but I want it to send the user to the second tab (UTC Fire & Security)
